Dennis Bristol
Vice President

As the Vice President of GC&E Federal, LLC., an Alaska Native 8(a) and wholly owned subsidiary of Bristol Bay Native Corporation, Dennis brings over 35 years of wide-ranging leadership experience, an in-depth mission understanding, and practical business acumen to provide GC&E with strategic and operational leadership while delivering unparalleled value to our shareholders.

Dennis utilizes his extensive experience, in-depth mission understanding, and business leadership in the information technology, telecommunications, and security management industries to provide strategic and operational leadership to this 8(a)-sister company of GC&E Systems Group, LLC.

Dennis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University afterwhile serving in the US Army. While stationed at Fort Bragg, he married his wife and left the service, with an Honorable discharge, to start a family.

Don Barnes
Director

As the Federal Services Director of, our sister company, GC&E Systems Group, LLC., an Alaska Native and wholly owned subsidiary of Bristol Bay Native Corporation, Don leverages over 35 years of leadership and management in the Information Technology (IT) industry with over 25 years’ proven portfolio management expertise to cultivate and preserve GC&E’s cross-functional teamwork-driven culture to strengthen customer service, advance strategic corporate initiatives, empower employee career development, and deliver shareholder value.

Don’s IT background and practical engineering experience in the Federal Services sector focused on the architecture, design, construction, deployment, and maintenance of robust, scalable, high-availability information systems that supported both classified and unclassified missions.

As a business leader, Don provided successful leadership, strategic planning, and operational portfolio management services to an extensive number of well-known and broadly scoped IT programs throughout the DoD, having successfully led more than $1B worth of lifetime portfolio-based programs and projects to-date.

Paul Maddox
Senior Program Manager

As the Senior Program Manager for GC&E Federal, LLC., an Alaska Native 8(a) and wholly owned subsidiary of Bristol Bay Native Corporation, Paul provides over 35 years of Electronics, Telecommunications, and Information Technology (IT) experience with over twenty-five of those years directly supporting DoD and Federal environments.

Paul’s background in the DoD and Federal sectors include systems design, development, installation, testing, implementation, and operations and maintenance of data center management, network and telecommunications infrastructure, and in-depth cyber defense. His expertise also includes the design, installation, and management of Air and Ground Range Systems in CONUS and OCONUS.

Paul is currently responsible for the cross-functional leadership and management of the day-to-day operations, which include the operational performance of complex contracts and task orders. As such, he provides major contributions in business development, proposal development, as well as mentoring and coaching to the contracts on-site leadership team members.

Paul is a U.S Air Force Veteran having proudly served his country and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master’s in Educational Technology (M. Ed.).

Phillip Ledbetter
Senior PMO Manager

As the Senior PMO Manager, for GC&E, an Alaska Native Corporation, and wholly owned subsidiary of Bristol Bay Native Corporation, Phillip brings over 10 years of experience in Electronic Security, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Compliance, and Portfolio Management. His multi-functional and diverse background enable his leadership and management of our PMO service model which enhances the support provided to our customers and partners.

Phillip has served GC&E for over a decade in varying capacities encompassing a broad range of activities, which include project estimation, pricing, marketing, IT management, quality & compliance, and project & program management. He has operated in both the Commercial and Federal sectors. His complex and distinct background enable his multiple perspective understanding of the business needs and further empowers his ability to provide exceptional leadership and management throughout the company.

Phillip is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds both a BBA in Finance as well as an MBA from the University of North Georgia.
